FreeDAM Online is a very powerful web application

The filters and search panel allows instant access to cases. You are able to list and view the cases you are currently working on, the cases that are 'unregistered', the cases that are overdue and more.
First call cases are listed in red.

An extensive 'summary' of the cases data will list all the known data captured for a case.

Multiple users are able to use the software at the same time with edits triggering individual locks on a case to ensure data integrity. The locks appear (and disappear) in realtime as does any change in the data.

This means that if another team member changes some data for a case - then you would see a lock appear on the case, the lock released, and the changed data instantly shows in your browser (without a browser refresh) - no matter where you are. Nice!
